Part/Model Number: Latitude 7310 2-in-1. Display: 13.3" LED backlight 1920 x 1080 / Full HD @ 60 Hz (touchscreen). The screen has a faint shadow in the centre (see photo 2), which seems to be slight delamination of the touch panel, but this is not visible when the screen is on and it all still works fine.
