1 of the original lasers wasn't working and the other worked but not correctly. After fitting the 2 new lasers, 1 worked but the other issue still persisted. I then discovered a fault on 1 of the ribbon cables, straightening the connection back didn't help and further issues evolved.

All required drivers, software and manuals are freely available via the official Hercules support page. Tested on Windows 11 with the latest (free) versions of DJUCED and Mixxx - both recognised the device and worked with the default built-in mappings.
