For sale dough flattening (sheeter) and cutting machine, I have used it, I bought it from abroad had it shipped over but will not be suitable for the sort of bread we making I have many different cutting dises for oval pitta or round pitta and round 30cm naan bread and many others with give all availability with machine . The machine automatically flattens the dough the cuts it into circles of 30mm of your choice by changing the blades then the rest of the extra dough goes back into the machine and repeats the cycle, the round dough goes onto the pillow to be put on the oven. Please only enquire if you know about these machines as I don’t really know much about them aswell this is mainly used like for Iranian tandoori naans
