like new really! Barely used offcourse there will be signs off been used like very small scratches but fully functional and good condition overall The handle bar does screw on and snagged but doesn't fully screw in probably some dirt not to sure maybe wirn tread The chuck sometimes do fell off due to a missing screw. I think in a shaft that holds the chuck in place best for someone can fix you will have to get the screw or maybe small weld so the chuck never comesoff Other then that great item works like new!! hence the price already reduced
