This is a St DuPont Ligne 1 lighter it measures 35 x 14 x 58 mm. Inside the screw bottom it is still slightly red. The number on the bottom is 1B5CB96. It sparks but has no gas in it. To the best of my knowledge it is a genuine St DuPont. I believe it’s silver or silver plated.
