This item has been fully tested and is working. However, the DVD tray gets stuck and appears to be jammed but will sometimes open once, then when closes doesn’t reopen. Also when I connected a scart lead to test the visual, the screen was appearing green.

The VHS doesn't play when you insert a tape. The DVD will not eject, claiming that the system is "blocked", this could well be a software limitation, rather than a physical blocker.
