These haveONE hdmi input OR can switch to ONE DVI input so it is not a real matrix but a 1x8 dist amp with choice of 2 inputs. You can simply use as a good 1x8 HDMI dist amp. also be able to put an HDMI to DVI adapter on the DVI input to have a 2x8 dist amp (although the DVI may or may not carry the audio to HDMI as DVI often may not, we did not try that ).
