This is in used condition fully working and tested. I've have personally taken this apart and given a good clean. It's not perfect but good enough to use straight away. This Is just the motor, bin and pipe. It is missing its wand and head hence the cheaper price. Has great power and super strong suction does have abit of wine to it think someone might be stuck in the pipe. It's not the motor as when taking off the bin doesn't make the noise. Couldn't find what's in it. Doesn't effect it what so ever as the suction is super strong. Uk plug. Fast postage
