This is fully working and been tested. It produces great power as well/ suction. I personally given it a good clean so good enough to use straight away. It's not perfect so please bare in mind. Of course has been used so there is marks on the hoover so please be aware. It is missing its wand/head hence the fair price on it. Happy to post as well. Fast postage
