This vacuum has been refurbished by me and therefore condition is 'Seller Refurbished' Following disassembly the parts were cleaned with hot soapy water to remove dirt. Parts were then soaked in bleach and pine disinfectant, rinsed off and dried. The pre and post filters have been rinsed and dried. There will be signs of dust as following rebuild the vacuum was tested and then wiped over. Complete with tools. This vacuum is pre-used and therefore expect signs of use and wear.
