in full working order, comes with remote, original box and transferable warranty. brought it March 30th 2025 used for 2 months during bad hayfever period worked really well, but not needed it last 2 months since. 4 months old now so has 20 months warranty. I have the citric acid also used to clean periodically which will be included, have kept it clean and fresh.
