Thomas Edison Type 2 Standard Phonograph, this the "new style" launched in 1901. The winding handle was not found, the family says it is working but we cannot confirm. The serial number is S93026 but not sure of the exact year.

For sale is a lovely old wooden cased Type C Edison Standard Phonograph & Horn with 3 phonograph wax music cylinders with crank arm by 'Nat'l Phono Co.' for Edison - approx date is 1903 we believe. Sadly the phonograph unit is missing the 'reproducer' which connects the horn and needle to the wax cylinder.
