This is an Antique Oak Chair with William Morris Upholstery in the Gothic Vestry Arts & Crafts styles . Made in 1912 in England during the Edwardian Arts & Crafts period. This chair has an oak frame with cotton upholstery featuring a brown colour and satin lacquer finish. It is an accent chair with a backrest height of 88cm, seat height of 43cm, and dimensions of 36cm in length, 45cm in width, and 88cm in height, making it a stylish hallway, fireside, bedroom Antique chair with its unique design and historical significance. These chairs date to around 1850 to 1905 so just before or very early Edwardian. The chairs have turned legs with rear slightly swept legs,very solid and in great condition with quality real leather tan upholstery in excellent condition with very small signs of use.
