What you see in the pictures is what you will receive. I did plug it in and test it with water in it and it does work . I do not know anything about this item as far as that goes. It is missing the water jug that goes on the side, but you can purchase those from a parts store . Please make sure this is exactly what you need before purchasing. Unfortunately, I do not accept returns so if the return is initiated, there will be a 50% restocking fee that the buyer pays plus return shipping . Thank you for understanding !
