You are looking at a rarer 2nd generation Electro Voice 623 model dynamic microphone which was manufactured during the 1960's though the 1st gen mic was originally introduced around 1950. The 623 was an entry level dynamic mic that is rugged and has dual Z options.

These will be great for a HAM radio set up as well. The mic is omni-directional. If you need for output from the signal on this mic just turn the gain up a little. As seen in the pics provided.the original olive green painted finish has typical lite wear.

You are looking at a 1960's era E.V 423 A microphone desk stand. This model was widely produced by Electro Voice during the 1950's through 1970's. As you can see the stand thread itself is universal and any mic or mic clip will technically mate to the top of it.

This was based on the similar 671 that was set at low impedance. Otherwise both microphones were basically identical in design. Pic # 2 the 671 model. While these two mics are similar.the 671 is set at low impedance while the 671A is again, high impedance.

There are just small scratches and a few scuff marks located on much of the mic. Clean, modern, simplistic.the EXLL-P was a good "general purpose" mic and it had a strong, clear signal set at high Z.
