This adapter was originally sold with the BS-36 model Atlas floor stand that utilized the larger boom arm with the 7/8 X 27 thread. It's similar to the Atlas SW-1 adapter but it's larger and won't screw onto a regular stand unless you use an Atlas AD13 adapter with this one shown.

You are looking at a classic Electro Voice model 920 "Spherex" microphone. The stand has 3 original cork pads that are in excellent shape and there is no rust on the bottom of the base. No dents or engravings but there are just the tiniest of scratches.

You are looking at a highly collectible and rare variant of the 1940's era Electro Voice V-1 "Velocity" Ribbon microphone. The Philco label looks pretty damn nice too. The V-1 sits on it's original yoke / swivel and it works nicely allowing just the right amount of tension and desired angle.
