Great little Suzuki outboard. Gearbox works as it should and the twist throttle is very useful. Reason for sale is it’s developed a carburettor problem. Starts no problem on choke and will idle happily, however with the choke off it doesn’t want to idle and often dies. You can rev it and it will run sweet as anything but when you let the revs drop it’ll cut out. Ive done a compression check which came back within spec so I’m sure it nothing major. Most lickely needs a good carb clean as I’m assuming the idle jet is clogged. Anyway don’t have time and will be a good engine for someone!
