24square meters of engineered wood, parquet flooring. In very good condition and looks great once oiled ( we used Osmo and it looked fantastic afterwards). It's hard wearing and comes with a substansial amount of underlay, which is also used but in very good condition. Thr wood is 2 cms thick and slots into each other. Hopefully you can see via pictures. The flooring is mainly bagged up. Buyer to collect.

For auction is two boxes of engineered wood flooring. These were bought from UKflooringdirect in 2019 and have been surplus and stored in my loft ever since.
