Introduced in 1959, this was Epiphone's first solid body guitar, which evolved into the Crestwood Custom. Attached to the guitar is a Tremtone tremolo, which is easy to use for those lovely whammy sounds and (from my experience) always.

Epiphone Crestwood Custom 50th Anniversary 1962 reissue 2013. Guitar is in excellent condition, no dings or dents. Metal has nicely aged. This version is the older, superior build with the original headstock. The case is in good, used condition but has the remnants of a band name on it.

My Epiphone Olympic is in great shape, as you can see, and is a good guitar. It was my first archtop, and as a fan of David Rawlings, I wanted the same guitar he had. It served me well through a lot of gigs, but now I have a couple of higher end archtops, and it just doesn't get played. These have a solid spruce top and laminated back and sides. They sound good acoustically, but also have a piezo pickup. The neck is pretty chunky, as befits a 1930s design (though this guitar was built in the 2010s), which I really like.
