Sadly this printer is no longer working. The delivery man was a bit heavy handed and broke something inside it when he took it out of the van. The previous seller assures me it was in perfect working condition when he sent it but it’s not working now. Everything seems fine when you turn it on but the print head won’t move - I believe something has been damaged on the rail / slider thing that the print head moves along. Worth an attempt at repairing if you are an expert, otherwise probably just good for parts. Added bonus of all 9 ink cartridges which are at various fill levels.

After 24 hours, try executing the print head cleaning function. Standby for 30 minutes, clean the print head, standby for another 30 minutes, clean the print head again, and repeat this process. You'll notice the printing quality improving with each cycle.
