Beautiful Ercol day bed. It has been stripped back, from a dark oak finish to a lighter shade. It would benefit from further tlc snd a good sand down. It was restrapped several years ago. This mid century classic beauty has served us well for 20 years but it’s time for it to go to a new home. Please note this is mainly for the frame, as the cushion is foam and has not been upholstered, and therefore will probably need replacing. This will make someone a wonderful piece of classic furniture with some love and attention and a new cushion.

Beautiful rare gold label 334 sofa lower style. Cushions professionally reupholstered with quality material from John Lewis. Webbing completely replaced with Ercol straps from Skiddaw Upholstery using dowels and great care! A stunning piece which would fit in with any decor and can be matched in a variety of ways ( see photos for ideas- scatter cushions for illustration only). Patina in keeping with age (1978) with some minor wear to arms and back (consistent with age). French polished with love and great care!
