I was sold this as a 1966 as the serial numbers for this period are all over the place. With some extensive research, I can safely say this is a 1969 Gibson ES 175 D in great condition. It plays exceptionally well and has a dynamic I've not heard on other guitars. I can send links to videos if interested.Comes a beautiful faux crocodile skin case with plush lining and humidity and temp indicator.There is some finish lacquer checking and some missing in a couple of spots on the sides, please see photos, but really easy to have put right and nothing considering it's 56 years old.I can ship worldwide, also happy to have any one come and play it in Liverpool, you will be blown away.Thanks.

As is typical for the ES-175, it features a laminated maple top. However, between 1983 and 1990, Gibson used laminated mahogany for the sides and back, deviating from the traditional maple construction.
