Synology RS3617XS 12-Bay NAS unit. Comes with Rail Kit so it can be rack mounted. Purchased this from a local business after they upgraded their LAN but selling as faulty as I've been unable to get it setup or connect to it. When powered on, the PSU light flashes green and the fans start up，and when I press the on button it does illuminate but I am unable to connect to it. Please see photos as evidence.
