Very cute, unbranded burnout velvet dress in brand new condition! Pretty chiffon-like mesh overlay, bodice is stretchy and smocked. The tops of the sleeves are elasticized and could likely be worn over the shoulder as well. The matching fabric tie belt is included. Please check measurements carefully, as I don't do sizing returns. Pit to pit is 15" flat across, and will stretch to 19" or so comfortably, so chest is 30"-38". Waist is 26" to 32" with stretch.
