In working order but not sure how good the batteries are the tip of the plug that you use to switch the scooter on is a bit lose ( wobbles a little bit) the scooter cuts out some times so the tip of the plug needs tightening the seat is a bit low would be alright for someone small I don’t have the arm rests no time wasters please this is the second time I’ve had to realist due to people wasting my time
