In very good condition. There are very slight light scratches here and there. You have to look very closely to see it. It is a lamp base but works beautifully as a candle holder for a tapered candle. I think someone wanted to rewire it because the bottom is exposed. Beautiful to use however you choose. I don't see a makers mark, know the age, or know what metal it is. It might be silverplate, but I don't know for sure. It's just very pretty!Please examine photos closely as they are a part of the description.
