Made in Japan. The back of the neck is stamped with the serial number O (manufactured 1993-1994), and the neck pocket has a custom "ORDER" stamp (the details of the custom order are unknown). Given the body recess is ST54-style, it is likely that the ST62 rosewood neck was installed on an ST54-LS, and the pickguard was changed to a 3-ply pickguard.
