This is a beautiful strat, lots of wear and mojo as the pictures show so if pristine is your thing perhaps this one is not for you. I bought this years ago with Duncans in it but wanted to return to a more vintage tone and feel so put a set of 2008 US Std Fender pickups in it because I feel they offer more grit and bass output (sucker for SRV / Mayer tone). It comes with it's trem bar (which has seen a good deal of pullin', a new one might be in order) and in a quality non-Fender tweed case, also used well but works perfectly and has keys. The finish has been relic’d—not by Garland Guitars, but they’ve done a great job. The machine heads have been upgraded to Sperzel locking tuners, and the bridge has been replaced with a Fender two-point style tremolo instead of the traditional six-point design, improving tuning stability.
