A very nice Georgian Fire Guard circa 1800ish , it's previous owner had the lower brass piece fitted at some expense , its actually very smart and usueful i guess but easily removed if not to your liking the original wire is all good as you can see The base has light surface rust wear and tear as you would expect i have left it like this as it shows its age nicely , there is a tape measure in the pics for scale , postage is what it is im afraid it is a large item
