The chassis is handbuilt using oak beams and wrought iron wheels, the hut is towable with a custom made turntable and towbar. The interior is fully lined with pine tongue and groove and the curved rafters and ridge beams have all been individually crafted to create the iconic Shepherds Hut curved roof.

Here is my site/office cabin which was built in 2018 on a brand new galvanised road legal chasis twin axle bought in 2018 for the job ,and only for sale due to no longer doing that type of work. a local welder put together a 40 mm x 40mm box section frame/walls,and then we bolted timbers on sides and fully insulted. and plywood on inside and boarded on outside. size is 16 feet x 6 feet it has been wired out for lights sockets and sink hot water. has a plug on front to plug generator or mains into has been used for health and saftey on jobs . but could easily be converted into a summer house/shepherds or a work office
