Mount and start drill, observe whether the inlet pipe has a certain fluid that is sucked into the pump within 15-20 seconds. If not, check that inlet tube is properly mounted to inlet pump. Be sure inlet hose is airtight and as short as possible, inlet hose should not exceed 2.75m.
