As new, most of the accessories has never been used. I have bought it in 2012 when it became compulsory to have records of new boiler installation commissioning. As I was never in the maintenance side of our business, the flue analyser was used 2-3 times a year till 2018 when I closed down my company. Nevertheless, it requires a calibration at around £80 as far as I remember.
