Fostex MR-8 MR8 Digital 8 Track Recorder - bought this as part of a job lot for other items, and don’t need/use this, I haven’t tested it beyond turning it on as you can see, the power cable is not included, any questions feel free to ask I will do my best to answer.

Late 90’s digital recorder with integrated HDD (unknown capacity). Includes user manual and power lead. It powers and boots up, the sliders, buttons and job shuttle all work with minimal crackle but there is some. It has some material recorded by its previous owner on the HDD which allowed us to test it a little. It was purchased from an Auction so its previous history is unknown. It has some tarnishing to the exposed metal parts and some age related marks but no damage. The screen illuminates and backlights but has some internal dust.

Fostex MR-8 8-track Multi track recorder. In used condition but I have tested and it works fully. Comes with original packaging, instruction manual, and 2 Flash storage Disks (including 512MB that I bought to increase capacity). Also has built in mic. Whilst it's in great condition given how much I used it over the years, there is some scuffing and fading on the words printed against the buttons. I've shown these faithfully in the photos. This was a great machine when I upgraded from analogue to digital recording, it would also work great for someone new to home recording.
