The sizes shown in mm are the sizes we use for our signs and stickers. 200mm x 150mm = A5. 150mm x 100mm = A6. 300mm x 200mm = A4. Plastic holed is 4 holes, one in each corner. Double sided tape is applied to the rear of the sign for fixing.
