Freelander 1 Rear Mounted Bike Rack This listing is for a sturdy rear mounted bike carrier. This has a bracket that shares the studs on the spare wheel carrier, and is held in place by the spare wheel. The bike rack then fits through the hole in the centre of the spare wheel and is secured in place by a padlock. This is easily removable and the bracket can be kept in place permanently.Unlike tow bar mounted carriers, you can also easily open the rear door without removing all the bikes. This carrier will hold 3 bikes, hanging off the cross-bar.
