Really nice quality fire gilt full plate English fusee lever with bright steel annular balance, foliate engraved stepped narrow triangular cock with Diamond endstone, bright steel index regulator to an applied silver arc scale, bright steel side lever and brass ratchet toothed scape.

Silver Fusee Pocket Watch. (The o looks like an h so I think the engraver made a mistake with the spelling). Remove the dust cover by sliding its fastener to the open position. Be careful to avoid touching the hands in this manoeuvre as they are easily bent/broken.
