This is a Heavy duty external lock for up and over style garage doors. It requires anchoring into the ground with 2x concrete bolts (not included). Its a well designed lock for added piece of mind. The lock must be mounted with the cam holes in the bar facing downwards to avoid water ingress. The lock body should be no less 5mm from the edges of the gate and obviously the throw of the lock needs to reach across to secure the gate.
