Thread at the end of the strut for the end fitting is 6mm (M6) Ball studs, caravan & my wife are not included with the struts. Just clip the old ones off and clip these on. The gas locker door is no exception.

For anyone interested in improving their locker door, pictures how I have strengthened the strut mounts on the locker door by cutting a hole at the end of the door inner moulding and pressing Fibrofil-made by Tetrosyl (a mixture of glass fibre and resin mix) into the cavity.
