These plans were made for grandparents that never got used. So these plans are very clean since they haven’t been used. They’ve been rolled up for 30 years so it’s a little rolled up on the ends and as you can see in my pictures, I had to put something heavy on it to hold it down for the pictures. In time they should roll out if you turn them upside down and put weight on it. These are very good plans and would make a great gazebo if you have time or have someone build it for you. They’re very detailed.
