This is a GBC Electric VeloBinder. It is in perfect, like-new condition. It was only used once to make 20, 15-page booklets. It's been sitting in the box ever since. It's clean and works perfectly. I can't locate the little tool used to push down the binder clips, but we didn't use it anyway. It is easier and way faster to just push them down with your fingers. They snap down into place with very little effort. We were vary happy with the professional looking booklets this produced. We just don't see using it again.
