Beautiful figurine of Goddess like woman playing a lyre wearing a white and blue floral toga style dress, and a wreath in her hair. She is stood by a tree stump, one foot in the air, giving an appearance for dancing to the music. Made by German company Volkstedt, sculptor Triebner Ens. Dates back to 19th century. Excellent condition for an antique piece - only aign of wear is on the gilding in the wreathband lyre. Company stamp on base. Height 12.5cm
