A charming pair of late 19th / early 20th century German porcelain figurines, each marked “Germany” and mould number 3883. The pair depict a shepherd and shepherdess with a sheep and dog, decorated in traditional Victorian-style colours. Height: approx. 24 cm Width: approx. 12 cm Condition: Both pieces display age-related wear. The shepherdess has an old repaired neck (visible adhesive). No major losses to the applied models. Colours remain bright. These make attractive mantel or display pieces and are typical of German export porcelain of the 1880–1910 period.
