Gibson ES-175 CC fron 1979. Apparently only 500 were made sporting the Charlie Christian pickup (hence the CC in the name). Only one owner before I acquired it and it seems it was a prized possession... and it shows - lots of natural play wear on the finish (lower bout and neck in particular), not the fake stuff that’s all the rage these days, but there are no real dings to even write about. Structurally it is all sound and all original parts are present. Frets are low but do the job, so loads of life left in them, intonation is all good and the volume and tone controls work nice and cleanly. Comes with original hard case and warranty card. At the moment this is collection only, but delivery can certainly be discussed.

• Original Gibson case in solid condition. She's being sold as is—a real collector’s piece and a dream player’s guitar with soul and stories in every note. This is a reluctant sale, but life has its own plans.

Never thought I’d part with this but needs must. Players grade ES330T, sounds and plays amazing and has been well used, intonation spot on and frets in good nick - assuming they’re not the originals. Has had a headstock break at some point but super stable and seems to be well repaired- you wouldn’t know unless you were looking for it. Sold to me as a 1959 but I believe it’s more likely to be a 1960, serial no sticker is long gone. Looks to have had a left hand conversion or some knobs added at some point too but all adds to the character. Usually the guitars that are mint and not played are the ones that don’t play very well

I’ve had this guitar quite a long while now, and she stands out from others you may see and look at. Gorgeous example of a Gibson ES-339.
