The body has a surface wear and there are scuffs in the finish- but no scratches. There was a small repair done to the neck that is shown in the 4th picture.

I have loved owning and playing this for the last few years, but I want to find a Gibson Mandola, so for financial reasons this one has to make way. A fantastically playable Gibson F2 mandolin from pre World War One.

You won't find this in the shops. A greetings card featuring a HAND MADE CYANOTYPE of an extract from the 1898 patent for the classic Gibson A mandolin, designed and printed by the seller on high quality cyanotype paper. Left blank for your own message. All cards are printed to order so please allow 24 hours for me to make the print and a further 24 hours to dry. Cards will then be posted to you with a blank envelope via second class mail. These prints are the same quality as my framed prints but I can sell them considerably more cheaply because I don't have the costs of framing and posting via small parcel post.
