The following distance and resolution combinations are possible when using high quality Cat.6A or above U FTP solid core cable :100m: 3840x2160 60Hz 4:4:4 8bit 4:2:2 12bit Supporting resolutions up to 4K Ultra HD, video can be viewed in stunning clarity, while additional support for HDR (High Dynamic Range) allows content to be displayed with enhanced brightness, greater contrasts of blacks and whites and a much wider colour gamut. An HDMI loop out port on the transmitter allows an additional local display to be connected to the source side of the installation. To reach the best performances, U FTP solid core Cat.6A or Cat.7 cable is recommended for HDBaseT 3.0. Cat 6A U FTP is the recommended setting; the skewless nature and inter pair shielding of FTP provides the better near end crosstalk (NEXT, source end) and far end crosstalk (FEXT, receiver end) parameters required to achieve the maximum performance and distance. Using this cable as part of the USB 3.0 Active Extension System Pro If you would like to use this cable as part of combined Lindy USB 3.0 Active Extension System Pro installation, please note the requirements below.
