Box was in bad shape but is a Consolidated Novelty Timberland Pom Pom tree #7006. This model is considered a 6 foot tree There is one shorter branch for the top. If you put one of the larger branches it is about 6 foot tall. If use the shorter, it is around 5’9” No box or sleeves. 45 branches. Comes with stand and poles. Wood poles show wear. Some branches show wear as to be expected. Please see pictures No smoke or musty odor
