It appears from the serial label this may be an import from the USA, or possibly one of those fitted internally to their Predator drones for recon in Afghanistan, i only say this as the script on the label implies FCC compliance, so this may be analogue cellular blocked around 900 mhz, having said that, i did actually get it to input with my pc keyboard frequencies around 950 mhz and i was able to change the display frequency from that with the vfo, but im just stating this so you are aware.
