this hoover has been well used and i have tested and done my best to clean majority of the hoover i could reach, although it will need a bit more cleaning it works perfectly fine and comes with a non offical charger, two poles shown and one head, the brush head is working as it should please understand this is not a new hoover and so will have signs of use.
