I opened up a box that had never before been opened. Apparently they used this instructions pamphlet for both the PHD70 and the PHD80. It is new in its original box. There is nothing wrong with this hair dryer.

This is a vintage portable hard bonnet hair dryer by Dominion Scovill. Made in the USA circa 1960s. Item is Light Blue with a cream colored floral pattern on 4 sides of the bonnet. The hair dryer does work and heats up to various temperatures. The hair dryer is in a great vintage condition with only minor scuffs. There are no cracks or chips and is very clean. Hair Dryer measures 13 1/2" X 13 1/2" and 12 1/2" high.
