WE HAVE (18) OF THESE HARTWELL H2060-7 OVER CENTER AIRCRAFT PANEL LATCHES. These latches are opened and closed by sticking a screwdriver into the long slot that is nornally flush with the vehicle's body when closed and pivoting it 90 degrees which unlatches the access panel it is mounted on.
